The Lodge at Koele, Four Seasons Resort, Lana’i, HAWAII — MISSION POSSIBLE was definitely our team’s motto during our 9-day advance research assignment which encompassed the islands of Oahu and Lana’i. Under the skillful guidance of Michelle Edwards, the PR Director of the Four Seasons Resorts, Lana’i, and in collaboration with the Lana’i Visitors’ Bureau, we were able to follow our research itinerary flawlessly. We were amazed at how much we could fit into two days! But then again, if you wake up everyday at 4:30 am like my team did, and end at midnight, the possibilities seem endless. Thank you team for all you did to help make our job so very pleasant.
I’m sitting at the Admirals Club in Honolulu waiting for my flight to begin boarding. Lisa Hensley and Christina Noakes have already parted for Phoenix, and it feels as though my right arm is missing since they’ve gone. They were both such tremendous ESCAPESEEKER researchers! Never heard a single complaint from either of them, no matter how challenging our task seemed…they just kept checking off our rundown. Yesterday afternoon, when it seemed we may not be getting our sunset shots, they left The Lodge at Koele on foot, carrying tripod and camera equipment and headed for the meadows and Koele stables…and waited for the clouds to pass. Their perseverance paid off. Take a look at these stunning images below. These are a mere sampling of what you will find at the Four Seasons, Lanai. When we get back in the saddle…in a few hours, we’ll be very pleased to share with all of you why we believe this littlest known island of Lana’i is truly BIGGER THAN LIFE!
